1. General Provisions1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of tickets and additional services, as well as participation in the event “Tao Sexual Alchemy with Grandmaster Mantak Chia” taking place in Warsaw, Poland, in October 2026 (“Event”).
1.2. The organizer of the Event and direct seller of tickets is:

hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
1.3. These Terms apply to purchases made directly from the Organizer through the official Event website or through payment links provided by the Organizer.
1.4. By purchasing a ticket, the Participant confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.
1.5. Participation in the Event is available only to persons aged 18 or over.
1.6. The Organizer provides services in accordance with these Terms, the information presented during the purchase process and applicable Polish law.

2.3. The detailed programme, modules and daily schedule are presented on the Event website.
2.4. The Organizer may make reasonable organizational changes to the timetable, session order, supporting instructors, breaks or other organizational aspects of the Event where necessary, provided that such changes do not materially alter the essential nature of the service purchased by the Participant.
2.5. The personal participation of Grandmaster Mantak Chia is considered an essential characteristic of the Event. The rules applicable if Grandmaster Mantak Chia is unable to participate are set out in Section 12.
3. Ticket TypesThe Organizer may offer the following ticket types, subject to availability.
3.1. 6-Day TrainingThe 6-Day Training ticket includes:
- in-person participation in the full six-day training;
- access to all three workshop modules;
- daily Morning Qigong sessions;
- daily Integration Sessions;
- complimentary admission to the Introduction to Tao Sexual Alchemy workshop on 9 October 2026.
3.2. 6-Day Golden CircleThe 6-Day Golden Circle ticket includes everything included in the 6-Day Training ticket, plus:
- front-row seating;
- an exclusive group Q&A session with Grandmaster Mantak Chia;
- personal energy transmission;
- one book selected by the Organizer and personally signed by Grandmaster Mantak Chia;
- access to the workshop recordings for 12 months.
The exclusive Q&A is a group session for Golden Circle Participants and does not constitute an individual consultation.
3.3. 6-Day Zoom AccessThe 6-Day Zoom Access ticket includes:
- live online access to all six days of the Event via Zoom;
- access to the workshop recordings for 12 months.
Access is personal and intended exclusively for the registered Participant. Access links, login credentials or other access information may not be shared, transferred, published or made available to third parties.
3.4. 6-Day RecordingsThe 6-Day Recordings ticket provides access to recordings of the six-day Event for a period of 12 months from the date on which access is made available to the Participant.
The Organizer intends to make the recordings available within 14 days after the end of the Event.
3.5. 2-Day TrainingParticipants may purchase in-person access to an individual two-day module where such tickets are made available for sale.
The modules are:
- 10–11 October 2026 — Fundamental Tao Practices for Sexual Alchemy
- 12–13 October 2026 — Sexual Alchemy Practices for Men & Women
- 14–15 October 2026 — Advanced Sexual Alchemy
Certain modules are described as advanced and may assume previous knowledge or experience. The Organizer does not assess or verify the Participant’s level of experience before purchase. It is the Participant’s responsibility to review the programme description and determine whether the selected module is appropriate for them.
3.6. 2-Day Zoom AccessWhere offered, Participants may purchase live Zoom access to an individual two-day module. The same rules regarding personal access, intellectual property and prohibited sharing of access credentials apply as to 6-Day Zoom Access.
3.7. 2-Day RecordingsWhere offered, Participants may purchase recording access to an individual two-day module. Recording access is provided for 12 months from the date on which access is made available.
3.8. Introduction to Tao Sexual AlchemyA separate ticket may be purchased for the introductory workshop taking place on 9 October 2026. Admission to this workshop is included at no additional charge with:
- 6-Day Training; and
- 6-Day Golden Circle.
4. Polish Simultaneous Translation4.1. Grandmaster Mantak Chia conducts the Event in English.
4.2. Live simultaneous translation into Polish is available as an optional paid add-on.
4.3. The applicable translation prices are displayed on the Event website and during the purchase process. For reference, the currently planned options are:
- 6-Day Polish Translation — PLN 395
- 2-Day Polish Translation — PLN 195
4.4. Polish translation is not included in the standard ticket price unless expressly stated otherwise.
4.5. Translation should be purchased in advance. It may be purchased through the Event website or by contacting the Organizer via email or the Organizer’s official WhatsApp contact and completing payment using the payment link provided.
4.6. Availability of translation may be subject to organizational and technical capacity.
5. Ticket Prices and Early Bird Offer5.1. Prices applicable to purchases through the European/English-language Event website are displayed in EUR.
5.2. The total price applicable to a particular order will be clearly displayed before the Participant completes payment.
5.3. Early Bird prices are available until 13 September 2026 at 23:59 CEST or until the allocated number of Early Bird tickets has been sold, whichever occurs first.
5.4. Once the Early Bird allocation has been exhausted or the Early Bird period has ended, regular ticket prices will apply.
5.5. The Organizer may offer promotional prices or other limited ticket allocations from time to time. The applicable terms will be presented to the Participant before purchase.
6. Ordering and Payment6.1. Tickets may be purchased through the official Event website or through an authorized payment link provided directly by the Organizer.
6.2. Payments are processed using Stripe. Available payment methods may include payment cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods made available by Stripe for the relevant transaction. For purchases made through the Polish PLN checkout, BLIK may also be available.
6.3. Available payment methods may vary depending on the Participant’s device, country, currency and payment provider.
6.4. Before completing an order, the Participant will be informed of the ticket or service selected, its essential characteristics and the total price payable.
6.5. Any optional paid add-on requires the Participant’s active selection and will not be added solely on the basis of a pre-selected option.
6.6. The Participant is responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the purchase process.
6.7. The contract between the Participant and the Organizer is concluded when payment has been successfully completed and the Participant receives confirmation of the order.
6.8. Confirmation will be sent electronically to the email address provided during purchase.
6.9. The Participant should contact the Organizer promptly if they notice an error in their order confirmation.
7. Invoices7.1. An invoice may be issued upon request after payment.
7.2. Participants who require an invoice should contact info@mantakchia.eu and provide the information necessary to issue the invoice.
7.3. The Participant is responsible for providing accurate invoice information.
8. Ticket Transfers8.1. If a Participant is unable to attend, they may transfer their ticket to another person who meets the participation requirements.
8.2. No fixed transfer deadline applies. However, the Participant must notify the Organizer of the transfer before the ticket is used.
8.3. The notification should be sent to info@mantakchia.eu and should include the first name and last name of the new Participant.
8.4. The Organizer may request additional information reasonably necessary to update the registration.
8.5. Golden Circle tickets may also be transferred to another Participant.
8.6. Where a Golden Circle ticket is transferred before its benefits have been used, the applicable Golden Circle benefits transfer together with the ticket.
8.7. A ticket or benefit that has already been used cannot subsequently be transferred separately to another person.
8.8. A ticket transfer does not entitle the original or new Participant to an additional refund or compensation.
9. Participant Cancellations — In-Person and Zoom Tickets9.1. Without prejudice to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law, the Organizer voluntarily offers the following cancellation conditions for In-Person and Zoom Event tickets:
Cancellation until 31 August 2026 inclusiveThe Participant may receive a refund of
80% of the ticket price paid.
Cancellation from 1 September until 30 September 2026 inclusiveThe Participant may receive a refund of
50% of the ticket price paid.
Cancellation from 1 October 2026The ticket is
non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or expressly provided for elsewhere in these Terms.
9.2. Cancellation requests should be sent to
info@mantakchia.eu.
9.3. Instead of cancelling, the Participant may transfer their ticket to another person in accordance with Section 8.
9.4. Failure to attend the Event or join the online transmission, late arrival or connection, early departure or disconnection, or failure to participate in individual sessions does not in itself entitle the Participant to a refund.
9.5. Nothing in this Section excludes or restricts any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
10. Recording Products10.1. Recording Products constitute digital content supplied otherwise than on a tangible medium. Specific statutory rules concerning digital content and the right of withdrawal may therefore apply.
10.2. Subject to the provisions below and applicable law, a consumer purchasing a Recording Product online may withdraw from the contract within
14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
10.3. If access to the recordings is to be provided before the expiry of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, the Organizer may begin supplying the digital content after obtaining, where required by applicable law:
a) the Participant’s prior and express consent to begin supplying the digital content before the expiry of the withdrawal period;
b) the Participant’s acknowledgement that, by consenting to the commencement of performance, they will lose their statutory right of withdrawal once the Organizer begins supplying the digital content; and
c) any other confirmation or acknowledgement required by applicable law.
10.4. Where the requirements set out in Section 10.3 and applicable law have been satisfied, the Participant’s statutory right of withdrawal ends when the Organizer begins supplying access to the recordings, even if this occurs before the expiry of 14 days from the date of purchase.
Accordingly, the withdrawal period for a Recording Product will generally end on the earlier of:
a) the expiry of
14 days from the conclusion of the contract; or
b) the commencement of access to the recordings, provided that the statutory requirements for the loss of the right of withdrawal have been satisfied.
10.5. If the statutory requirements necessary for the loss of the right of withdrawal have not been satisfied, the Participant retains any withdrawal rights provided by applicable law.
10.6. The expiry or loss of the statutory right of withdrawal does not affect any mandatory rights the Participant may have where the digital content is not supplied, is not supplied correctly, does not conform to the contract, or where another remedy is required by applicable consumer law.
11. Statutory Right of Withdrawal11.1. Consumers entering into distance contracts generally have a statutory
14-day right of withdrawal under the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta), subject to the exceptions and specific rules provided by applicable law.
11.2. In particular, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in certain circumstances provided by law, including certain contracts relating to leisure, entertainment, cultural or similar services where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
Accordingly, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply to Event tickets for participation in an Event taking place on specified dates.
11.3. The cancellation rights voluntarily offered by the Organizer under Section 9 are separate from any statutory right of withdrawal and apply in accordance with the conditions stated in that Section.
11.4. Separate statutory rules apply to digital content and digital services. The rules applicable to Recording Products are described in Section 10.
11.5. Where applicable law requires the Organizer to obtain the Participant’s express consent, acknowledgement or other confirmation before commencing the supply of digital content or services during a statutory withdrawal period, the Organizer will obtain such consent or confirmation before commencing the relevant supply.
11.6. Any declaration presented to the Participant during checkout concerning early access to digital content, commencement of performance or loss of the statutory right of withdrawal forms part of the contractual documentation and should be read together with these Terms.
11.7. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, waive or restrict any statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, waived or restricted.
12. Cancellation, Postponement and Grandmaster Mantak Chia’s Participation12.1. Cancellation of the Entire EventIf the Organizer cancels the Event and it does not take place, Participants will be entitled to a full refund of the price paid for the affected Event ticket or service, subject to applicable law.
12.2. Postponement of the EventIf the Event is postponed to new dates, the Participant may choose between:
- keeping the ticket, which will remain valid for the rescheduled Event; or
- requesting a full refund of the affected Event ticket.
12.3. Inability of Grandmaster Mantak Chia to ParticipateGrandmaster Mantak Chia’s personal participation is an essential characteristic of the Event.
If Grandmaster Mantak Chia is unable to participate and the Event is therefore cancelled, Participants will receive a full refund of the affected Event ticket.
If the Event is postponed because Grandmaster Mantak Chia is unable to participate, Participants may choose between:
- attending the Event on the new dates; or
- receiving a full refund of the affected Event ticket.
The Organizer will not substitute another principal teacher for Grandmaster Mantak Chia and treat such substitution as equivalent performance of the Event without offering Participants the remedies required by applicable law.
12.4. Organizational ChangesReasonable changes to supporting instructors, session order, breaks, rooms or other non-essential organizational elements do not constitute cancellation of the Event.
12.5. NotificationThe Organizer will inform affected Participants of cancellation, postponement or another material change using the contact information provided during registration.
13. Cancellation of the Introductory Workshop13.1. If the Introduction to Tao Sexual Alchemy workshop on 9 October 2026 is cancelled while the main six-day Event continues as planned:
- Participants who purchased a separate paid ticket to the Introductory Workshop will be entitled to a full refund of the price paid for that ticket;
- Participants whose admission to the Introductory Workshop was included free of charge as part of a 6-Day Training or Golden Circle ticket will not receive a separate monetary refund for the complimentary Introductory Workshop.
13.2. The above does not affect any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
14. Force Majeure and Circumstances Beyond the Organizer’s Reasonable Control14.1. The Organizer may be required to modify, postpone or cancel the Event due to extraordinary circumstances genuinely beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances may include, where applicable:
- natural disasters;
- government restrictions;
- serious public-health emergencies;
- war or civil disturbance;
- major transport disruption;
- failure of essential infrastructure;
- serious illness or other circumstances preventing the participation of Grandmaster Mantak Chia;
- other extraordinary circumstances that make performance impossible or materially unsafe.
14.2. Where such circumstances result in cancellation or postponement, the Organizer will apply Section 12 and any mandatory provisions of applicable law.
14.3. Force majeure does not automatically deprive Participants of rights that they are entitled to under mandatory consumer law.
15. Recordings and Availability of Digital Content15.1. Where recordings are included in a ticket or purchased separately, the Organizer intends to make them available within 14 days following completion of the relevant Event or module.
15.2. The 12-month access period begins on the date on which the recordings are made available to the Participant.
15.3. The Organizer will take reasonable technical and organizational measures to record the programme.
15.4. However, the Organizer does not guarantee that every minute of every session will be included in the recordings. Individual fragments may be unavailable due to technical problems, organizational circumstances, privacy considerations or other justified reasons.
15.5. Nothing in Section 15.4 limits statutory consumer remedies where missing or defective content constitutes a material non-conformity of the digital service or content under applicable law.
15.6. The Organizer may make reasonable technical changes to the platform through which recordings are provided, provided that Participants retain access substantially corresponding to the service purchased.
16. Rules for Zoom Access16.1. Zoom access is personal and non-transferable unless the Organizer expressly agrees otherwise before the access is used.
16.2. Participants may not:
- share Zoom links or passwords;
- publish access credentials;
- allow third parties to use their access;
- rebroadcast or stream the Event;
- record the live stream;
- reproduce or redistribute Event content;
- sell or sublicense access.
16.3. The Organizer may suspend or terminate access where it has reasonable grounds to believe that access credentials have been shared or that the content is being used in material violation of these Terms.
16.4. The Organizer will take reasonable steps to provide stable online access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability where interruptions result from the Participant’s internet connection, device, third-party infrastructure or other circumstances outside the Organizer’s reasonable control.
16.5. If a material technical failure attributable to the Organizer substantially prevents delivery of the purchased online service, the Participant retains any remedies available under applicable law.
17. Intellectual Property17.1. All lectures, exercises, teaching methods, presentations, recordings, written materials, graphics and other Event content may be protected by copyright, trademark rights or other intellectual property rights.
17.2. Purchasing a ticket grants the Participant only the personal right to attend or access the relevant Event content in accordance with the ticket purchased.
17.3. No intellectual property rights are transferred to the Participant.
17.4. Unless expressly authorized by the Organizer or relevant rights holder, Participants may not:
- record lectures or practices;
- reproduce Event materials;
- publish or distribute Event recordings;
- make Event content available to third parties;
- sell, sublicense or commercially exploit Event content;
- rebroadcast Event sessions;
- use substantial Event materials to create unauthorized commercial products or training materials.
18. Photography and Recording by Participants18.1. Participants may take photographs or short personal videos only:
- in areas or during periods designated for this purpose by the Organizer; or
- with the Organizer’s permission.
18.2. Photography, video recording and audio recording by Participants are not permitted during lectures or practices, unless expressly authorized by the Organizer.
18.3. Participants must respect the privacy and image rights of other Participants.
18.4. The Organizer may request that photography or recording stop where necessary to protect privacy, intellectual property, safety or the proper conduct of the Event.
19. Photography and Video by the Organizer19.1. Photography and video recording may take place during the Event for documentation and promotional purposes.
19.2. This may include general Event footage, photographs of the workshop environment and group photographs, which may be published on the Organizer’s website, social media channels and other promotional materials.
19.3. The Organizer does not intend to use individual portrait photographs of Participants for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.
19.4. Participants who do not wish to appear in identifiable general or group photographs or video footage should inform the Organizer before the Event at info@mantakchia.eu or notify the Event team during registration/check-in.
19.5. The Organizer will take reasonable steps to respect such requests.
19.6. Where separate consent is required under applicable law for a particular use of a Participant’s image, the Organizer will seek the appropriate permission.
20. Participant Conduct20.1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward:
- Grandmaster Mantak Chia;
- instructors;
- other Participants;
- Organizer staff;
- venue personnel.
20.2. Participants must follow reasonable organizational and safety instructions provided by the Organizer, instructors and venue staff.
20.3. The Organizer may intervene where a Participant engages in serious or repeated:
- disruptive behaviour;
- harassment;
- threatening or abusive conduct;
- discriminatory conduct;
- dangerous behaviour;
- unlawful conduct;
- material interference with the Event or other Participants.
20.4. Where reasonably necessary and proportionate, the Organizer may require a Participant to leave a session or the Event.
20.5. Any such action will be taken with regard to the circumstances and applicable law.
21. Late Arrival and Missed Sessions21.1. Participants are responsible for arriving in sufficient time for the scheduled sessions.
21.2. Where entry during an ongoing lecture or practice could disturb the session, the Organizer may ask a late Participant to wait until a suitable break before entering.
21.3. Late arrival, non-attendance or voluntary absence from individual sessions does not constitute grounds for a refund, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
22. Health and Wellbeing Disclaimer22.1. The Event is provided for educational and personal-development purposes.
22.2. The practices, exercises, lectures and information presented during the Event do not constitute:
- medical diagnosis;
- medical treatment;
- psychotherapy;
- psychological treatment;
- physiotherapy;
- individualized medical or healthcare advice.
22.3. Participation in the Event is not a substitute for consultation, diagnosis or treatment by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
22.4. Participants are responsible for taking their own physical condition, health and personal circumstances into account when deciding whether and how to participate in exercises.
22.5. Participants should practise within their own abilities and should not perform an exercise where they reasonably believe it may be inappropriate or unsafe for them.
22.6. If a Participant has a physical limitation or other relevant condition that may affect their safe participation, they should personally inform the Organizer or an instructor before participating in the relevant practice.
22.7. The Organizer does not require Participants to submit medical information through the standard ticket registration process.
22.8. Participants should stop an exercise if they experience significant pain, dizziness or other concerning symptoms and should inform an instructor where appropriate.
22.9. Nothing in this Section excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
23. Lunch23.1. Lunch is not included in the Event ticket unless expressly stated otherwise.
23.2. An optional lunch service may be available through Anin Park Hotel.
23.3. The lunch service is provided by the hotel and not by the Organizer.
23.4. Participants wishing to reserve lunch may notify the Organizer, who will assist in communicating the reservation to the hotel.
23.5. The Participant pays the applicable lunch price directly to the hotel on site.
23.6. The Organizer acts only as an organizational intermediary in communicating the Participant’s reservation request and is not the provider of the catering service.
24. Accommodation24.1. Accommodation is not included in the Event ticket unless expressly stated otherwise.
24.2. Participants may independently book accommodation at Anin Park Hotel or another accommodation provider of their choice.
24.3. Any accommodation booking made directly with a hotel constitutes a separate agreement between the Participant and the accommodation provider.
24.4. The Organizer is not the provider or seller of accommodation services and is not responsible for the performance of an accommodation agreement concluded directly between the Participant and a hotel.
24.5. Any promotional code or special rate communicated by the Organizer is subject to the hotel’s availability and booking conditions.
25. Complaints25.1. Participants may submit complaints concerning ticket purchases or services provided by the Organizer to info@mantakchia.eu.
25.2. A complaint should, where possible, include:
- the Participant’s name;
- the email address used for the purchase;
- information identifying the order;
- a description of the issue;
- the Participant’s requested resolution.
25.3. The Organizer will respond to consumer complaints within the period required by applicable Polish law.
25.4. Where the statutory 14-day response rule applies, failure to respond within that period may have the consequences prescribed by law.
25.5. Nothing in these Terms limits the Participant’s statutory rights relating to non-conformity of services or digital content with the contract.
26. Personal Data26.1. The controller of personal data processed in connection with ticket purchases and participation in the Event is HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE sp. z o.o.
26.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
26.3. Detailed information concerning the categories of personal data processed, purposes of processing, legal bases, recipients, payment and technology providers, retention periods, international transfers (where applicable) and Participants’ rights is provided in the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.
26.4. The Privacy Policy is available on the Event website.
26.5. Marketing communications will be sent only where the Organizer has an appropriate legal basis to do so.
27. Third-Party Services27.1. Certain technical services used in connection with the Event may be provided by third parties, including payment processing and online communication platforms.
27.2. Payments are processed through Stripe.
27.3. Online Event participation may be provided through Zoom or another platform communicated to Participants where reasonably necessary.
27.4. Use of third-party services may also be subject to the relevant provider’s technical requirements and terms.
27.5. Nothing in this Section limits the Organizer’s responsibilities to the Participant under applicable law for services that the Organizer has contracted to provide.
28. Liability28.1. The Organizer is responsible for providing the services purchased by the Participant in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.
28.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under Polish law.
28.3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer is not responsible for losses caused solely by:
- the Participant’s failure to follow reasonable safety instructions;
- the Participant’s unauthorized sharing of digital access credentials;
- circumstances attributable solely to the Participant’s equipment or internet connection;
- services independently contracted by the Participant from third parties, such as accommodation.
28.4. The Organizer does not exclude liability for intentional misconduct or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
29. Communication with Participants29.1. The Organizer may use the email address or other contact details provided during registration to send information necessary for the performance of the contract, including:
- purchase confirmations;
- practical Event information;
- schedule updates;
- venue information;
- Zoom access information;
- recording access information;
- information concerning cancellation or postponement;
- other communications necessary to provide the purchased service.
29.2. Such transactional or organizational communications are separate from optional marketing communications.
29.3. Participants are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking messages concerning the Event.
30. Applicable Law30.1. These Terms and contracts concluded under them are governed by Polish law.
30.2. Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer residing in another country of mandatory consumer protections that apply to them and cannot lawfully be excluded by a choice-of-law clause.
31. Language Versions31.1. These Terms may be made available in English and Polish.
31.2. The Organizer intends the Polish version to constitute the primary version of the Terms.
31.3. In the event of a discrepancy between the English and Polish versions, the Polish version shall prevail, insofar as permitted by applicable law and without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
32. Changes to These Terms32.1. The version of the Terms accepted by the Participant at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
32.2. The Organizer may update these Terms for future purchases where necessary due to changes in applicable law, payment or technical systems, products or services offered, organizational arrangements, or to clarify provisions.
32.3. Publication of a new version of the Terms will not by itself materially alter an already concluded contract to the detriment of the Participant.
32.4. Where a change to an existing contract is required by law or otherwise legally permissible, the Participant will be informed where required.
33. Final Provisions33.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions to the extent permitted by law.
